Long lost twin

In retrospect, I probably shouldn’t have shared my personal theory that I absorbed my own twin in my mother’s womb – and then had to have him/her surgically removed – with a group of people I just met. But, in my defense, we had been talking about strange health ailments. Although, that conversation wrapped up pretty quickly after my story.
