I went to the Indy 500 for the first time ever this year. I didn’t quite know what to expect, but I thought it’d be something like a Colts game.
It was not.
But it was fun! One of the best places to people-watch, hands down.
Some well-connected friends of mine were given passes to the Snake Pit, a sponsored tent in the infield, and I went along with them.

Some of these photos are pretty crazy. Something about alcohol + sun + beer + sunlight + booze = crazy, apparently.
I did not get crazy. Hence the reason I’m only in one picture — standing in the DJ booth. Completely clothed. And sober. My mama raised me right!
