Customer: Your Web site is bulls*it! It does not work and it is NOT user-friendly!
Jillian: Ok, well I’m sorry to hear about that. Let me help you. What are you trying to do?
Customer: I’m TRYING to see REPORTS on XYZ Company!
Jillian: All right. Are you looking at the list?
Customer: Yeah.
Jillian: So, do you see XYZ Company’s name in the list?
Customer: Yeah.
Jillian: Great. Now, click on the company’s name.
Customer: That’s what I’ve been DOING! It doesn’t work!!
Jillian: Well, sir, I just tried it on my computer and it worked, so let’s make sure we’re looking at the same thing. You’re clicking on the company’s name, right?
Customer: Yes. All it says is “Submit a report” but I want to READ the reports. Why would I SUBMIT a report when I haven’t even USED them yet??!
Jillian: Sir, it does say “Submit a report” when you put your mouse over the company’s name, but you need to actually click the button on the mouse in order to read other people’s reports. Try that and see if it works.
[Silence]
Jillian: Hello? Are you still there?
Customer: Yeah.
Jillian: Did you click on it?
Customer: Yeah, it worked. I guess I wasn’t actually clicking; I was just putting the arrow on it.
