…was stopping at Einstein Brother’s for a bagel this morning before work.
A toasted asiago cheese bagel. A little crunchy, but still gooey where big pockets of melted cheese hid.
Topped with sundried tomato cream cheese, shmeared at least a half an inch thick on top of each asiago slice. Warm and gooey and practically melting off of the hot bagel.
It was so good, I wanted to cry.
