After an emotionally-difficult week, I was determined to have the best weekend ever. And it really was super fun!
On Saturday, I got my hair done with some low lights. Can you tell?
Then, Coleman and I spent the day at the Inverness pool for Susan’s 24th bday bash. So much fun! We stopped at DQ for Blizzards on the way home, then walked around the park adjacent to our apartment complex.
On Sunday, Coleman and I went to a church that meets at a closed amusement park. We had to walk through all of the stopped rides and empty Wild Wild West buildings to get to the worship building. It was cool! And kind of spooky.
Then we had “Burger King Day”, similar to Pancake Day a few weeks ago, because Coleman was craving an angry whopper. However, we quickly regretted this decision, and spent a good 45 minutes moaning about how bad our stomachs hurt from the nasty food. No more Burger King Day. Ever.
We laid out at the pool for a bit then shopped around town. We went into Dick’s Sporting Goods and Sports Authority, pricing out some fitness equipment, and I impressed Coleman with my Bowflex skills.
Finally, we ended the day with another walk around Lowry. But this time, we brought the camera! Prepare yourself for: a tour around our neighborhood!

Do you have the town to yourself, like a ghost town or what? Suspiciously, no one else appeared in your photos. :P Two thumbs up for Bowflex skills.
