It’s a lonely night in Georgia–er, Colorado

Coleman’s in Atlanta for work, and I’m here in Denver. He’s mostly working, but he did get to see our friends there, which made me sad that I couldn’t have come along.

To occupy my time, I decided to undertake a few crafty projects around our apartment, as I usually do when Coleman’s gone for a few days. It’s something to distract me and keep me from getting anxiety about being alone. This is what I’ve done in the last 24 hours.

I made a wreath for our front door

I went to a thrift store and came home with a glass jar collection

I found a lamp for $7.00

I bought a new bed skirt and made new pillows to match the comforter I made last time Coleman was out of town

Additionally, I hung some new pictures and rearranged some furniture.

Only two more days until Coleman comes home! Think of all the projects I can finish by then…
